Abstract :
Objective- Assessment of the lens anterior – posterior (AP) diameter as compared with the eye globe by ultrasonography in rabbit. Design- Descriptive study. Animals- 120 male and female rabbits, two months to four years old, and weighting between 300 to 1500gr. Procedures- 2D ultrasonography of the eyes was performed and AP diameter of the eyes and lens were measured using Sonosite Titan Ultrasound equipment. Results- In the obtained 2D images, the eye parts were showed a distinct anechogenic to hypoechogenic structure. Details of the eyes compartments were observed by 2D transducers. Anterior and posterior lens capsules and optic discs were hyperechogenic. The average AP diameter of lenses was 0.6175 cm and of the eye globes was 1.4789 cm. Conclusion and Clinical Relevance- The 2D ultrasography give useful images for teaching and diagnostic purposes such as eye globe and lens lesions or diameter changes. The average of lens AP diameter in comparison with the globe was 0.4165.

ﻫﺪف ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻗﺪاﻣﻲ- ﺧﻠﻔﻲ ﻋﺪﺳﻲ ﭼﺸﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻗﺪاﻣﻲ ﺧﻠﻔﻲ ﭼﺸﻢ در ﺧﺮﮔﻮش ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺑﻴﻤﺎري ﻫﺎي اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﻃﺮح ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ- ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ ﺣﻴﻮاﻧﺎت 120 ﺳﺮ ﺧﺮﮔﻮش ﻧﺮ و ﻣﺎده ﺑﺎ ﺳﻦ دو ﻣﺎه ﺗﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﺎل ﺑﺎ وزن ﺑﻴﻦ 300 ﮔﺮم ﺗﺎ 1500 ﮔﺮم. روش ﻛﺎر ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﺳﺘﮕﺎه اوﻟﺘﺮاﺳﻮﻧﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ ﺳﻮﻧﻮﺳﺎﻳﺖ ﺗﺎﻳﺘﺎن و ﭘﺮوب ﺧﻄﻲ 6 ﺗﺎ 10 ﻣﮕﺎﻫﺮﺗﺰ، ﭘﺲ از آرام ﺑﺨﺸﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﺘﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﻫﻴﺪروﻛﻠﺮاﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان 35 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم و زاﻳﻼزﻳﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان 5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺑﻪ ازاي ﻫﺮ ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم وزن ﺑﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺰرﻳﻖ ﻋﻀﻼﻧﻲ، ﻳﻚ ﻗﻄﺮه ﺗﺘﺮاﻛﺎﺋﻴﻦ ﻫﻴﺪروﻛﻠﺮاﻳﺪ در ﻫﺮ ﭼﺸﻢ ﭼﻜﺎﻧﻴﺪه ﺷﺪه و ﺳﭙﺲ ژل ﻣﺨﺼﻮص اوﻟﺘﺮاﺳﻮﻧﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ ﺑﺮ روي ﻗﺮﻧﻴﻪ ﮔﺬاﺷﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﺮاﻧﺲ ﻛﻮرﻧﻴﺎ ﺗﺼﺎوﻳﺮ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. و ﺳﭙﺲ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻻزﻣﻪ ﺑﺮ روي ﺗﺼﺎوﻳﺮ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ در اوﻟﺘﺮاﺳﻮﻧﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ دو ﺑﻌﺪي از ﭼﺸﻢ، ﻗﺴﻤﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭼﺸﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﻧﺎﻛﻮﺋﻴﻚ ﺗﺎ ﻫﻴﭙﺮاﻛﻮﺋﻴﻚ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻴﺰان ﻗﻄﺮ ﻗﺪاﻣﻲ ﺧﻠﻔﻲ ﻋﺪﺳﻲ وﻗﻄﺮ ﻗﺪاﻣﻲ ﺧﻠﻔﻲ ﭼﺸﻢ ﻣﻮرد اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮي ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 0/6175 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ و 1/4789 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻋﺪاد ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻗﺪاﻣﻲ ﺧﻠﻔﻲ ﻋﺪﺳﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻗﺪاﻣﻲ ﺧﻠﻔﻲ ﭼﺸﻢ در ﺧﺮﮔﻮش ﻣﻌﺎدل 0/4165 ﺑﺮآورد ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ اوﻟﺘﺮاﺳﻮﻧﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ دو ﺑﻌﺪي ﺗﺼﺎوﻳﺮ ﻣﻔﻴﺪي ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺿﺎﻳﻌﺎت و ﻳﺎ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ در اﻗﻄﺎر ﻋﺪﺳﻲ و ﻛﺮه ﭼﺸﻢ را ﺟﻬﺖ اﻫﺪاف آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ و ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺼﻲ در اﺧﺘﻴﺎر داﻣﭙﺰﺷﻜﺎن و ﭘﺰﺷﻜﺎن ﻗﺮار ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻓﻮق ﺑﺮ روي ﺧﺮﮔﻮش ﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻨﺎت ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ ﭼﺸﻢ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان از اﻋﺪاد ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﺧﺼﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻋﺪﺳﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﺮ ﭼﺸﻢ در ﺧﺮﮔﻮش اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﻤﻮد.
