Abstract :
The efficiency and output power of gas turbine power plants are heavily affected by ambient air temperature and will strictly decrease by increasing the air temperature. In this paper, the effect of applying an absorption chiller by recovering waste heat from gas turbine flue gas has been investigated. For this purpose, the behavior of a GE-F5 gas turbine was modeled by coding in MATLAB software. According to full-scale monitor and measurement, the results show that by decreasing the inlet temperature to near dew point temperature, the output power would increase about 3.135 MW, which is considerable amount in comparison with the power capacity equals 25 MW. Also, application of chiller system on a GEF5 gas unit in Yazd Zanbagh power plant was analyzed economically. The payback period for the project was obtained to be estimated 11 years, whereas no subsiding considerations, the payback time would be shorter nearby 45% at all. By considering social cost of carbon, payback period decreases to 7 years and 6 months.

راندمان و توان خالص خروجي توربينهاي گازي، با افزايش دماي هواي محيط، كاهش مي يابند. براي جبران اين عيب، روش هاي خنك كاري هواي ورودي به كار گرفته مي شوند. در تحقيق حاضر، تأثير استفاده از چيلر جذبي با استفاده از بازياب حرارت اتلافي گازهاي خروجي توربين گاز، بررسي شده است. بدين منظور رفتار يك واحد توربين گازي مدل GE-F5 به وسيله كدنويسي در نرم افزار Matlab مدل شده و كد توليد شده با بانك اصلاعاتي حاصل از اندازه گيري واحد مذكور، صحت سنجي گرديده است. واحد مورد بررسي در نيروگاه شهيد زنبق يزد قرار دارد. نتايج نشان مي دهند كه با كاهش دماي هواي ورودي تا نزديك
3 مگاوات افزايش مي يابد. همچنين دوره بازگشت سرمايه / دماي نقطه شبنم، توان توليدي واحد به ميزان 3/135نصب سيستم مذكور حدود 11 سال ميباشد. اين مدت با درنظر گرفتن هزينه زيست محيطي توليد كربن، به 7 سال و 6 ماه كاهش مي يابد؛ كه اين نشان از اهميت بالاي زيست محيطي استفاده از خنك كاري هواي ورودي
با چيلر جذبي دارد.
