In providing the prescription, the legal article has relied on a normative study with the approach of legal and conceptual research. Then, the source of legal material includes the primary corporation and the secondary corporation. In gathering the data, the library study technique has been implemented. The results of the study show that the legislation provides a role for the shareholders within the composition of authentic deed by the Notary.
