Abstract :
Focal dermal hypoplasia or Goltz syndrome is a rare genodermatosis
involving all three embryonic layers. Herein, the first case of this
syndrome from Iran will be reported. The main clinical features
were fat herniation, reticulate pigmentations, telangiectasia, and
skeletal defects.
