Teaching Oral English from the Perspective of Educational Ecology

Every year in China, thousands of University students passed the College English Test Band 4 and College English Test Band 6. However, these students found that after they entered into the society, they still could not speak English. Why? With this question in mind, the paper is designed to discover the problems in oral English teaching from the perspective of Education Ecology, and also, bring out the solutions to these questions.
