Accuracy and Precision of Polysemous Judgment Terms in Legal Translation: A Corpus-based Method and Discussion

The primary goals of this paper are on one hand to emphasize the accuracy and precision of legal translation, on the other hand to describe the superiority of a corpusbased method and discussion in legal translation. It is beneficial to both practice of legal translation and study of corpus linguistics further to ensure the accuracy and precision of translation of polysemous judgment terms in legal translation.
