Abstract :
Conflict is an integral part of human life and it's quite natural. Throughout history, it always ac-companied by human life . If these disagree-ments do not manage correctly and scientifically, they can cause problems, issues and even vio-lence and oppression .
Values are created as a value system inside the person and the basis for judging and deciding on different affairs. Values by creating attitudes cause behavioral orientation .
