Abstract :
This paper addresses a multi-objective mathematical model for the mixed-model two-sided assembly line balancing and worker assignment with different skills. In this problem, the operation time of each task is dependent on the skill of the worker. The following objective functions are considered in the mathematical model: (1) minimizing the number of mated-stations (2), minimizing the number of stations, and (3) minimizing the total human cost for a given cycle time. Furthermore, maximizing the weighted line efficiency and minimizing the weighted smoothness are two indices considered simultaneously in this paper. Since this problem is well-known as NP-hard class, a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is developed to solve it. The performance of the proposed PSO algorithm is evaluated with a simulated annealing (SA) algorithm existed in the literature over several benchmarked test problems for the conditions of the current problem in terms of running time and solution quality. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪي ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل رﯾﺎﺿﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ ﺧﻄﻮط ﻣﻮﻧﺘﺎژ دوﻃﺮﻓﻪ ﻣﺪلﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ و ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪاي ﮐﻪ زﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت، واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻬﺎرت اﭘﺮاﺗﻮرﻫﺎي اﻧﺠﺎم دﻫﻨﺪه ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺳﻪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻫﺪف ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞﺳﺎزي 1- ﺗﻌﺪاد اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎي زوﺟﯽ، 2- ﺗﻌﺪاد اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎ و 3- ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﮐﻞ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ازاي ﯾﮏ زﻣﺎن ﺳﯿﮑﻞ ﻣﻌﯿﻦ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ، از دو ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮﺳﺎزي ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﻣﻮزون ﺧﻂ و ﺣﺪاﻗﻞﺳﺎزي اﺧﺘﻼﻓﺎت ﺑﺎرﮔﺬاري اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺣﺼﻮل ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. از آﻧﺠﺎ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ در دﺳﺘﻪي ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ NP-hard ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮد، ﻟﺬا اﻟﮕﻮرﯾﺘﻤﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي اﻟﮕﻮرﯾﺘﻢ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪﺳﺎزي ﺗﻮده ذرات ﺑﺮاي آن ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ داده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آن ﺑﺎ اﻟﮕﻮرﯾﺘﻢ اﻧﺠﻤﺎد ﺗﺪرﯾﺠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر اوﻟﯿﻪي آن در ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﻮﺟﻮد اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻨﺎ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮاﺗﯽ در آن اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﻣﻮرد ﻗﯿﺎس ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺜﺎل ﻫﺎي ﻋﺪدي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻫﺮ دو اﻟﮕﻮرﯾﺘﻢ ﺣﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آنﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺣﻞ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ زﻣﺎن اﺟﺮا ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ اﻟﮕﻮرﯾﺘﻢ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ
