Abstract :
In December 2019, a new coronavirus was discovered
and identified as 2019-novel coronavirus in patients with
viralpneumoniainWuhan, Hubei Province, China. The disease
caused by this newly-found virus was then officially
named COVID-19 by theWorld Health Organization (WHO).
COVID-19 has spread rapidly inside and outside of Hubei
province and even in other parts of the world. A sharp increase
is seen in the number of cases among the world’s
population (1, 2).
