Abstract :
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an emerging condition that was first detected in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, and spread around the globe very quickly. The World Health Organization declared this as a public health emergency of international concern on 31st January 2020 and as a pandemic on 11th March 2020. COVID-19 is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 has a very similar RNA sequence identity to SARS-CoV
and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) viruses. As of 20th September 2020, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases worldwide was 30,675,675 with 954,417 deaths in 216 countries.
