Abstract :
Six species of Erythmelus Enock in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China, are reviewed, and an illustrated key to females is provided. One new species, E. (Erythmelus) quasipicinus Hu Triapitsyn sp. nov., is described. Erythmelus wenquanensis Li, Lin Hu, syn. nov., and E. brevifuniculatus Li, Lin Hu, syn. nov., are synonymized under E. (Erythmelus) flavovarius (Walker) and E. (Erythmelus) israeliensis Viggiani Jesu, respectively. New extralimital records are given for some of the species.
