Abstract :
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is rare but is the most common mesenchymal tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. It is usually arises from the stomach and small intestine. We present a case of GIST treated with surgery and adjuvant imatinib mesylate for pulmonary metastasis.
