Abstract :
The production of lignin peroxidase (liP) and manganese peroxidase (MnP) by Humicola grisea in a tubular air-lift fermenter were studied. The optimized production parameters used in the fermenter were aeration rate of 1.0 vvm, 1.0% (w/v) glucose, 10.5 mM (NH4)2HP04 and inoculum concentration of 1.0% (v/v; 6 x 10 spores/ml). The increment of about 52% of liP and 49% of MnP productions were obtained after optimization of the parameters.
