Abstract :
Introduction: Multiple options are available for fixation of comminuted fractures of the femur. Using circular external fixator is a minimally invasive method for fracture stabilization, but there have been reports of high rates of complications. The aim of the study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of circular external fixation in the treatment of such fractures.
