Aesthetic Restoration of Distal Third of Nose by Composte Auricular Graft

Composite ear grafts are used for relatively small defects less than 2cm in diameter. Composite ear grafts from the root of the auricular helix or the posterior aspect of the ear has been used to reconstruct an anatomically diverse set of defects of the distal third of the nose with satisfactory success in this study of 12 patients.
