They received selected swimming program. The patients selected were evaluated before and after the suggested treatment program by discovery hand-held electronic Spirometry. The data were collected and analyzed using paired t-test to compare the difference between the results. Results: This study revealed that there were statistical significant improvement (p 0.05) of Mean values of V.C., FEV 1 and (FEV 1FVC) X 100 between pre test and post test. Conclusion: Swimming therapy program has got clear effect when added to the treatment program in hemophilic children.
