Abstract :
A semi-Markov process with a finite state space and a continuous time without finiteness condition of a mean stay time of this process in every fixed state is considered inthe scheme of series. An imbedded Markov chain in the semi-Markov process depends of seriesparameter. Existence conditions of limit distributions for functionals of this process are received.
