Abstract :
We describe a 37-year-old male, who had skin melanoma with extensive metastases to whole body, in whom paracardiac metastatic involvement was diagnosed by a chest X-ray, two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography, and contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT). He had been diagnosed three years ago and treated with surgical excision.
