Abstract :
We formulate the operational Tau method for the two dimensional linear Fredholm integral equations of the second kind. Some theoretical results are given to simplify application of the Tau method, and then existence and uniqueness of solution for these equations are investigated. We also estimate error of the proposed method and give some numerical examples to demonstrate its accuracy in finding solutions
