Femınıst Theory: Critical Approach to Management and Organization Field

Women are increasingly finding more place in today s organizations every passing day. However, both organizations and management and organization literature are criticized to have gender-blind basis. The most powerful of these criticisms comes from feminist theory. In this context, in this study that bears a descriptive nature, it is intended to trace the pontificated gender based structure in the management and organization area. The results of the discussions, opening the gender issue, an issue ignored in discussions of feminist theory, it is reached the conclusion that there are significant contributions to the field of organization and management.
