Abstract :
In this study, it has been investigated the effects of occupational commitment and perceived occupational self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behaviours. In addition, the particular effects of occupational commitment and occupational self-efficacy on explicit and tacit knowledge sharing behaviours has also been separately examined. This investigation included the quantitative analysis of the data gathered from 251 dermatologists. According to the results of the analysis, dermatologist’ perceived occupational commitment and perceived occupational self-efficacy positively affects their knowledge sharing behaviours. Moreover, dermatologist’ perceived occupational commitment and perceived occupational self-efficacy, again, positively affects their explicit knowledge sharing behaviours. Lastly, whereas their perceived occupational commitment positively affects their tacit knowledge sharing behaviours, their perceived occupational self-efficacy does not affect their tacit knowledge sharing behaviours.
