Abstract :
Scientific decision making process requires determining the criteria for the decision and choosing a suitable method and technique related to the decision. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is among the methods used very often since it provides more conveniences than any other decision making methods and techniques. The main function of AHP in the majority of the studies, which involve different methods in addition to AHP, is the calculation of the weights of the main ad sub-criteria and in this respect, Fuzzy AHP has same function as AHP. The aim of this study is to determine whether the weights obtained by AHP and fuzzy AHP methods has any effect on any change in the final decision when they are used together with different decision making methods and techniques. With this objective in mind, the quality of the services offered by four different mobile brands were evaluated in terms of “AHP+TOPSIS”, “Fuzzy AHP+TOPSIS”, “AHP+VIKOR” and “Fuzzy AHP+VIKOR”. The results suggested that whether the weights of decision criteria were obtained by AHS or fuzzy AHS did not cause any change on the final decision arrived by TOPSIS and VIKOR methods.
