Abstract
The article deals with finding several interesting relationships, which arise by using very reasonable assumptions from using twoand three-zone models for the properties of matrix elements, which characterize various physical parameters of the catchment area. These relationships have the character of both equality and inequality and are the result of physical solvability of emergent system of linear equations, particularly of the requirements of reality and positivity of eigenvalues of the matrix.
