Abstract :
The problem mentioned here is to obtain unbiased estimate of the proportion of people having sensitive characteristics like accumulated savings, intentional tax evasion, drunken driving etc. in a society. Warner presented a technique known as Randomized Response Technique for reducing evasive answer bias or non response bias. Several researchers extended different Randomized Response models to complex surveys. Amitava extended Kim and Warde model to complex surveys. Here we present an alternative form of Kim and warde’s mixed Randomized Response Model in complex surveys. Our proposed model performs very well when P2 is close to 0.5 and the results also good but not up to a great extent when P2 is far away from 0.5.
