Abstract :
Most travelers will refer to online reviews before making travel decisions. TripAdvisor provides an opportunity for visitors to share their informations and experiences to the public including tourists. The aim of this study was to identify the Putrajaya tourism products ranking and analyze Putrajaya image as a tourist destination in the minds of tourists. This study was conducted using a content analysis of the TripAdvisor website to find out tourists reviewsand comments. The study found that most of the tourists have expressed a positive opinion about Putrajaya tourism as a whole, but negative reviews were also expressed. Mixed images will have implications on Putrajaya tourism demand. This research concludes that online users’ perspectives provide a new dimension on guidance and foundation in assessing the establishment of Putrajaya image as a tourist destination in the world tourism map.
