Abstract :
The aim of this article is to explain life conflict experience by Maniam in Interlok by Abdullah Hussain (1996). Maniam was chosen as samples due to the conflict that he need to face off in order to get a perfect life. The information obtained through literature technique, which identifies written sources which are related to conflict in live experience by the characters. The study employs the framework of Sigmund Freud Psychoanalysis, Humanistic Abraham Maslow and Islamic Psychology. Each framework play important rule in order to trigger and control the life conflict of the character. The results of this study explain the life conflict by Maniam was started form external factor that cause id and ultimately influence the subconscious action to handle the conflict. In addition, this study show that failure of using the function of brain to think logically and rational in order to face problems cause immoral feedback by human such as Maniam
