Abstract
Plasma cell leukemia (PCL) is a rare form of plasma cell dyscrasia which is distinguished from multiple myeloma by the presence of 2 x 109/L plasma cells in the peripheral blood. PCL has a poor prognosis and requires treatment options different than myeloma. We present a case of PCL who presented with a brief clinical history, and was diagnosed on peripheral blood picture and bone marrow biopsy. A brief review of literature is also given
