Abstract :
Let R be commutative ring an R-module M is called a multiplication if for every R-submodule K of M, there exists an ideal I of R such that K = IM. In this paper we extend Cohen’s Theorem for multiplication module and give new proofs for some theorems related to multiplication modules.
