Abstract :
Cutaneous manifestations of inflammatory bowel disease are quite common, with various studies suggesting skin involvement in 9-40% in patients with Crohn s disease. The most common skin findings are perineal ulceration, fistula, and abscess. Proliferative and polypoid morphology of the cutaneous lesions mimicking warts and condyloma are rarely described. In this paper, we presented a 23 year-old male patient known case of Down s Syndrome had crohn s disease for last 5 years presented with multiple warty like lesions on the pubic area for 3 months duration. The skin biopsy from lesion showed feature of cutaneous Crohn s disease. Complete healing of cutaneous lesions after starting patient with systemic steroid and mesalazine treatment. It is one of few rare presentations of cutaneous Crohn s diseases which is the objective of this case report.
