Abstract
The pediatric malignancy retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular tumor in the world, reflecting the rarity of uveal melanoma in populous nations like China and India.^1,2 Kivelä has estimated that there are approximately 8000 retinoblastomas yearly in the world and about 1000 fewer uveal melanomas, which typically occur in older adults.
