Citizenship behaviors of those are positive extra role behaviors that seen as significant for organizational success and performance. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of personal and attitudinal factors in predicting the citizenship behaviors in a frame of structural model. The survey was administered to the 327 bank employees for this study. The data in this study were analyzed with the Structural Equation Modeling techniques using Amos 16.0 statistical program. Results indicate that job satisfaction and self efficacy have significant role in predicting the altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy and civic virtue dimensions of citizenship behaviors. Moreover job satisfaction mediates the relationships between self efficacy and all dimensions of citizenship behaviors. Ultimately it was discovered that along with the independent effects of self efficacy as personal factor and job satisfaction as attitudinal factor, job satisfaction has a mediator role in predicting extra role positive behaviors.
