Abstract :
The main aim of this article is to analyse the position and importance of Social Forums at the new social movements approach and also to analyse the structure and transformation of the European Social Forum (ESF) that held its sixth meeting on July 2010. The inner debate and discussions of ESF and the phrases of its final papers that there is a kind of detach or break off the Charter of Principles of World Social Forum. This special treatment or different attitude of European movements symbolize the last-stage of the new era of movements and also the change of the social forum logic. The risk of institutionalization of ESF as a political actor can be harmful to its open space identity.
