Abstract :
Incentives are the financial or non-financial assistance and benefits aim to increase investment, production and employment. Investment incentives are used frequently by governments to ensure the development of industries and especially less developed regions. Incentives have been used for many years in Turkey. The purpose of this study is first to provide a comparative evaluation of the 2004, 2006 and 2009 incentive systems implemented in Turkey and the 2012 Incentive System then to analyze TR22 Level 2 Zone in framework of the 2012 Incentive System. At the conclusion, how the effectiveness of the incentives implemented in Turkey can be increased will be determined.
