Abstract :
The mineral composition of leaves, bark, skin and pulp of three categories of Ceratonia siliqua L. collected in areas of Chefchaouen in north of Morocco was investigated. The mineral macro-elements and oligo-elements are dosed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. A high percentage of calcium and potassium makes conspicuous all the bodies studied .The results obtained enabled us to identify the presence of bonds between the quantitative variables and the qualitative variables (the analyzed body, age and genotype)
