Sixty seconds of asystole after exercise in a healthy person

A 30-year-old male with no history of risk factors for premature coronary artery disease presented with atypical chest pain. His baseline ECG and echocardiogram were normal. On treadmill exercise he achieved his target heart rate, with no chest pain and no ECG changes diagnostic of ischemia.
