Abstract :
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to read this issue of the Journal of the Saudi Heart Association. In the last message, I have talked about the successful SHA21, which was held last 8–11 February 2010 at the King Faisal Hall, Intercontinental Hotel. Since then two momentous events that the Saudi Heart Association had hosted along with the American College of Cardiology has occurred.
