Abstract
Nicotine-based task specific ionic liquid has been used as an alternative green andrecyclable nucleophilic reagent for Morita–Baylis–Hillman reaction. The potential of proposednew methodology has been applied on reported work performed under ordinary routinechemistry. The results obtained prove the worth of new protocol with numerous advantages over the conventional method
