Abstract :
A 55 year old male presented to the emergency room complaining of sudden onset of chest pain, orthopnea and paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea. Chest CT scan showed huge aneurysm of the ascending aorta (Fig. 1). Patient underwent Bentall procedure. This led to the disappearance of his symptoms (Fig. 2).
