Abstract :
An unusual case of chronic lymphocytic leukemia presenting in association with aplastic anemia is discussed, along with a review of the few previously reported cases. Possible humoral and cellular autoimmune mechanisms are examined as possible causes of marrow aplasia in this setting. Am. J. Hematol. 71:323-327, 2002.
