Abstract :
Dear Editor, We read with great interest the recently published article by Tayebi-Khosroshahi and colleagues entitled “Atypical clinical course of antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies-associated vasculitis,” in the esteemed Iranian Journal of Kidney Diseases. They reported a report 16-year-old boy who presented with some constitutional symptoms, purpura, additive arthritis, dysentery and rapidly progressive kidney failure.
