Abstract :
The low-lying energy levels of a two electron quantum dotare calculated. We solve the relative part Hamiltonian of the quantumdot presented in a magnetic field of arbitrary strength using shifted1/N expansion method. The dependence of the singlet-triplet energygap (J) on the strength of the magnetic field has been displayed.Based on comparisons, the shifted method gives very good resultsagainst exact and variation methods.
