Accessing Scholarly Information in Networked Environment through Institutional Repositories

The archival collection of libraries is increasingly-being converted into digital format. Institutional Repositories are the result of such programmes which make available the archival collections over networks to its users. In addition, they alsoprovide direct output of an institution or organization’s research contribution in digital format for quick access of the users.
