Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the concepts of “learning organization”, “knowledge and knowledge management” and “e-learning”. The definitions, processes, steps of application and relations among these concepts were also analyzed. To that end, national and international conducted studies about each concept were examined separately in order to state theoretical analysis that includes these concepts. Moreover, it was explained that transforming these terms to real life continuously and systematically is important for organizations in order to survive and retain their efficiencies to keep up with competition. More information can be reached more easily by utilizing various technological innovations in contrast to the past. As a conclusion, the basic concepts which were discussed in this paper were seen as a related and complementary component to be become learning organizations in information society.
