ASSESMENT ON STUDENT’S VIEW ABOUT FAILURE REASONS IN PIANO EDUCATION

Aim of this study is to determine the student’s view on failure reasons in piano education and to make assessments by the help of the obtained data. In this article student’s view about some basic factors that effect success in piano education has been reviewed and evaluated. In this study applied by the 25 questioned scale developed by the author it has been studied with piano students taking piano class in own semester and repeat semester. Into the study some comparisons have been made about graduated high school of the sample group. In this application process in which it’s studied to determine the student approaches about possible failure reasons, frequency and percent measuring for the answers, factor and reliability analysis for the scale and Mann Whitney U test for the graduated high school comparisons has been made. Data obtained from the application has evaluated and some opinions have been asserted.
