DEFEATED TO FOUNDATİON İNERTİA İN SCHOOLS: THE EVALUATİON OF MANAGERS’ VIEW

Inertia is meaning to stagnation, inaction, passivity and monotony in the system. The aim of this study is to determine primary school managers’ opinions and suggestions for ged rid of from inertia of schools. Working group is composed of primary school managers in Elazig center province. Semi-structured interview forms were sent to all the managers (30) working in primary school in working group. Managers’ opinions was evaluated with by the NVIVO 8 package program. Consequently, schools against to institutional inertia; should take decisions quickly, should be open to new data base, members’ needs should quickly met, should to create effective environmental cooperation, sustainable resources and sustainable success.
