Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the leadership styles of school principals who have the key role in school efficiency and to determine of their efforts about in science and technology. Case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in this study. The participants of the study are school principals who were employed in six primary schools in which students with different socio-economic background. Data was collected via interviews. In the analyses of the semi-structured interviews made with school principals; descriptive analysis, content analysis and comparison techniques were used together. The findings of the study showed that there are no differences between the attitudes of school principals with different branches towards science and technology. The study also revealed that the school principals follow the changes in science and technology curriculum and have a positive attitude towards the developments in this field.
