Purpose of this study is to introduce our new educational theory rational-will theory.Every measurement contains error therefore it is not possible to reach laws of nature. Howeverthroughout history humanity has reached laws of nature. As rational-will theory we claim thatlaws of nature embedded in our minds as seeds and laws of nature and laws of our minds areone and same thing. Therefore, learning is making what is already in you, yours. Rationalwillinitiate this process. During learning process students goes through following processes:Focusing conscious on the subject, effort, transformation, struggle, create and discover.
