Abstract :
The aim of this study is to examine the teachers’ gratification states at new branch that profit by branch change implementation which carried out by Ministry of Education. In this study which is based on descriptive scanning research model, semi structured survey which composed by ten open-ended question applied to 81 classroom teachers who changed branch. For data, content analysis technique was used. According to the findings the most of classroom teachers who changed branch are constrained to this implementation for family integrity, etc. and they were glad from their new branch. On the other hand most of teachers felt that this implementation is a misapplication.
