Abstract :
If universities are to renew and improve, it is essential that their contributions to teachers’ professional lives and where they fall deficient be understood. This study aims to identify preschool teachers’ views about the effects of university life on their professional lives. The study has a qualitative nature and involves 10 preschool teachers. Semi-structured interviews have been used as the data collection instrument. The data were analyzed by using the content analysis technique. As a result of the analysis; teachers indicated that they have difficulties in reflecting professional lives of the oretical and practical knowledge. Teachers indicated that they resorted printed publications, the internet and their colleagues to solve problems.
