Abstract :
Positive or negative aspects of globalization which is debatable, but the inevitability of the whole world in the middle to insert into similar patterns, ie, forcing the right to have a onedimensional cultural identity. Cultural identities influence of globalization, with the spread of popular culture to match the creation of national identities on the other, to care about the situation that occurred with the problem of our study reveals. The aim of the study, the effects of globalization may vary depending on perceptions of cultural identity with the assumption that the effects of globalization, cultural identity is analysed according to the level of detection. In this study, is there a difference in terms of awareness of the effects of globalization in the context of answering the question of cultural identity will be searched. In this research, surveys and qualitative model prepared a descriptive study. Likert-type questionnaires prepared in accordance with this objective with the data collected were analysed by using quantitative methods approach. The effects of globalization in the context of how the cultural identities of the students affected, and how these effects are treated study tested, globalization affects students’ perceptions of identity have been identified. According to the findings, the effects of globalization on the students are consistent with the literature.
